Danni runs the front-of-house team of broadly experienced wait staff and baristas who deliver excellent service in the relaxing, fun atmosphere Rocks@lt provides. Being a mother of two young children, a wife to husband Craig and working two part-time jobs, Kellie already has her hands full. Rocks@lt is something for all occasions, from pancakes in the morning to Portugese chicken kebab for lunch and Atlantic salmon or tapas for dinner. Finish your meal with freshly roasted Schibella coffee, delivered to Rocks@lt within two days of roasting, which makes it the freshest coffee in Gladstone. Jason prides himself on the freshness and quality of everything that comes out of his kitchen. "I make everything fresh in my kitchen from simple things like our sweet chilli sauce to the more exotic things like Moroccan spiced chicken bisteeyas. I guarantee you will be impressed with every mouthful and will be anticipating your next visit to try more of our large menu," said Jason. "We can meet everyone's personal tastes and dietary requirements with vegetarian and gluten-free options".
